LAS VEGAS – Phil Ivey has claimed his 11th World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet by winning the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship. This victory, which ended a decade-long drought, cements Ivey’s status as one of the greatest poker players of all time and sets the stage for his pursuit of the 2024 WSOP Player of the Year title.
Competing in Event #29: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship, Ivey faced off against a tough field of 149 entrants, including heads-up opponent Danny Wong and third-place finisher Jason Mercier. The final hand saw Ivey draw a wheel against Wong’s 9-8, securing the victory and a prize of $347,440.
This win moves Ivey past poker legends Johnny Chan, Erik Seidel, and the late Doyle Brunson, placing him second on the all-time WSOP bracelet leaderboard, just behind Phil Hellmuth.

With 12 players remaining out of an initial 89, Ivey is guaranteed to add at least 119 points to his total.
