ATLANTA – Game 3 of the 2021 World Series is set to get underway and with the series tied at 1-1, the game line is set closer than over.
Going into Game 3, the Atlanta Braves are slight favorites on the spread, but the Houston Astros are heavily favored to cover.

- Astros ML (-115)
- Braves ML (-115)
- Astros +1.5 (-210)
- Braves -1.5 (+175)

Run Line Splits
Looking at where the money is going, legal online gambling sites are seeing split action on the run line. The Braves are seeing slightly more action going into Game 3 with 52% of bets to the Astros 48%.
This comes as no surprise being that many were quick to count out the Braves as they went into the series as underdogs and put up an impressive 6-2 win the opening game.
Moneyline Splits
The moneyline is has a similar scenario, however, in the direction of the Astros World Series odds. The split is as close to even as can be with the Astros taking in 51% of the moneyline while the Braves are at 49%.
The Astros did finish off their first two games of the series at home with a 7-2 win and many are expecting them to use that momentum heading into Game 3.
Game Total Splits
Unlike the rest of the game line, the public is on top of the Over 8.5 game total odds. Odds on the Over have seen 70% of the bets made while the under has taken in just 30%.
This has to do with the series being a high-scoring one through the first two games.
Each of the first two games has seen 8+ runs scored. Backing up the Over as well is that the Astros have scored a ton of points throughout the postseason. They hit Over 8.5-runs in five of six games last series against the Boston Red Sox. The Braves have hit the Over as well in four of their six games in the last series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Game 3 is scheduled for Friday at 8 p.m. EST and will be broadcasted on FOX.
