Chicago Bears Vs. Detroit Lions
Chicago Bears Vs. Detroit Lions
- Moneyline: Bears (-170) vs. Lions (+145)
- Spread: Bears 3.5
- Total: 41.5 Points
Being that both the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions are struggling throughout the season, betting on a true winner here could be tough. Luckily, the total points for the game is the lowest point total of the week for any game. Although both teams have struggled on offense, their defenses make up for it when looking to bet on the Over.
The Lions are allowing the third-most points per game this season at 27.3 ppg while the Bears are not far behind as they let up the 12th most points this season at 24 ppg. Looking at a 41.5-point total, the Bears have gone Over that mark in two of their last three games while the Lions have gone Over in three of their last five.
Looking at recent trends, in the Bears last 27 games as a road team favorite the Over has gone 20-7. In the Lions last 10 Thursday games, the Over has gone 8-2.
Pick: Over 41.5 Points
Dallas Cowboys Vs. Las Vegas Raiders
Dallas Cowboys Vs. Las Vegas Raiders
- Moneyline: Cowboys (-340) vs. Raiders (+270)
- Spread: Cowboys -8
- Total: 50.5 Points
All season long, the Dallas Cowboys have been one of the hottest teams against the spread with an 8-2 ATS record and online gambling sites have set the bar fairly high for them on Thanksgiving as this is the largest spread of the day.
The Cowboys are coming into this one looking for redemption as they suffered their second ATS loss in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs. However, in their last five games following a loss against the spread, the Cowboys have gone 4-1 ATS.
The Las Vegas Raiders have also been struggling immensely as of late losing their last three games and going 0-3 ATS in that period as well. With that, this is one of their toughest matchups of the season and their struggles are expected to continue.
Pick: Dallas Cowboys -8
Buffalo Bills Vs. New Orleans Saints
Buffalo Bills Vs. New Orleans Saints
- Moneyline: Bills (-210) vs. Saints (+175)
- Spread: Bills -4.5
- Total: 46 Points
The Buffalo Bills and New Orleans Saints will finish off the Thanksgiving slate of NFL games and the Bills NFL odds are favored going into this one. The Bills are certainly hoping for a bounce-back on Thanksgiving after losing two of their last three games.
However, that should not steer anyone away from betting on them to win in Week 12 as the Saints have been struggling even more having lost their last three games. The Saints struggles come as they have been dealing with a plethora of injuries to Alvin Kamara and are also without a true starting quarterback.
It should also not be forgotten that the Bills are still a top offense and defense in the league as they average the second-most points on offense with 29.5 ppg and allow the second least points with 17.6 points allowed per game.
The 4.5-point spread should not be a distraction to the moneyline and should be stayed away from as the Bills have gone 1-4 ATS in their last five games.
Pick: Bills Moneyline -210
