DETROIT – Eight different online casino platforms in the state of Michigan has chosen NetEnt as a content supplier and have rolled out their games to the USA online gambling players from the Wolverine State via these individual applications.
NetEnt belongs to the Evolution Group and has already established itself in the internet gaming industries of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia within the United States.
Michigan became the fourth state to offer NetEnt’s casino titles on January 22, the day the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) gave the internet gaming industry the green light to go live.
NetEnt Games In Michigan
The mobile online casino operators in Michigan that have partnered with NetEnt are BetRivers/RSI, BetMGM, Churchill Downs, DraftKings, FanDuel, Golden Nugget, William Hill, and WynnBET. The games chosen to be offered to players in Michigan were those that have become the most popular with the supplier in terms of global engagement.
The top three offerings being played through these outlets from NetEnt are Blackjack, Divine Fortune, and Starburst.
Evolution is extremely pleased with how well their company was able to unveil its products across multiple applications simultaneously. They believe this proves how strong a business they have become and how their plans to expand in the U.S. gaming markets is an attainable goal based on their performance.
They entered the United States industry through New Jersey in 2015 and then four years later opened up in Pennsylvania. In 2020, they took on the West Virginia market and now have moved into Michigan in 2021.
“We are poised to add more operators in all US markets during 2021 and have a roadmap of high-profile game launches. And, as we’ve once again shown, we’re ready for new markets being switched on and partnering casinos to offer a standout product to their players the minute they go live,” said Jeff Millar, Evolution Commercial Director, North America.
The Future For NetEnt
NetEnt plans to open a live casino location in Michigan which will make it its third in the U.S. with the other two being in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
They have eleven such locations worldwide. With the success of their online gaming launch in Michigan through eight operators, NetEnt is expected to become a larger presence in the United States online casino gambling community.
“Friday’s successful launch with multiple operators is the result of months of planning for Michigan’s go-live and years of on-the-ground experience in the US. America is an absolute priority market for Evolution Group, which is reflected by the scale of NetEnt’s first-day presence in Michigan,” said Millar.
