- New Jersey saw $146.2 million in online casino revenue in November.
- This is only $1 million less than October’s record setting revenue.
- Sports betting handle was up in November to $1.1 billion.
TRENTON, N.J. - After October set a new record for New Jersey online casino revenue, November came in just under that mark.
New Jersey Online Casino Revenue
- Oct. 2022 – $147.2 million
- Nov. 2022 – $146.2 million
These are the two highest-earning consecutive months in New Jersey online gambling history.
In fact, there has only ever been one other month wherein New Jersey’s online gambling industry has earned more than $140 million – two in a row is remarkable.
November’s $146.2 million was nearly a 25% increase over November 2021’s casino revenue in New Jersey.
This big month brings the yearly total for New Jersey’s online gambling revenue up to more than $1.5 billion with one month to go.
The three biggest casinos in terms of revenue in November were as follows:
NJ Top Three Casinos – Nov. Revenue
- Borgata – $44.3 million
- Golden Nugget Atlantic City – $37.7 million
- Resorts Digital – $37.4 million
In terms of sports betting, the handle was $1.1 billion in New Jersey’s November report, which is the third-highest handle of the year.
It’s an improvement over October and September, and the highest-earning month of the NFL season so far.
However, it should be noted that the highest-earning months of the year were January and March – it will be interesting to see if those numbers can be replicated now that New York has opened its sports betting markets.
